| For engines designed for regular octane gasoline, all
Hypertech Power Programmers for trucks and cars contain two
different optimized tuning programs. One tuning program is optimized
for regular octane fuel, the other for premium octane. In most of
these engines, premium fuel makes little or no more power than
regular.
The truth is most trucks make almost the same power using
tuning optimized for regular as they do with tuning optimized for
premium. For these vehicles, there is never a reason to use more
expensive premium. And even for trucks with slightly higher
compression ratio where it makes a little more power with premium,
is it worth the extra cost? Premium fuel costs 17 to 30 cents per
gallon more than regular, depending on where and when you fill up.
If you use 40 gallons of premium a week, that's an added
expense of $500 per year. So why buy premium? |

| Simply stated, this means Hypertech is the ONLY company
